Product Introduction
The YTAA03 inclination vibration meter is an ultra-high precision angle and vibration measurement device. It adopts high-end MEMS technology, features a lightweight design, supports RS485 communication transmission, and enables real-time monitoring of inclination angle and vibration acceleration. As an industrial-grade device, it has reliable and stable performance as well as good expandability, suitable for various structural health monitoring fields. A set of data collected when the measuring point is relatively static after construction is used as the reference data for inclination. When the subsequently collected data of the measuring point changes relative to the reference data, it indicates that the object may be inclined. If the inclination angle and acceleration exceed the set thresholds, the system can promptly send early/warning information to the monitoring center via the network, reminding the person in charge to pay attention to the status of the monitored object and take corresponding disposal measures.

The principle of an inclinometer is based on Hooke's Law (F = -kx) and Newton's Second Law (F = ma). When the inclinometer is stationary—meaning there is no acceleration in the lateral or vertical direction—only gravitational acceleration acts on it. The tilt angle is the angle between the vertical axis of gravity and the sensitive axis of the accelerometer.
A capacitive accelerometer is a plate separation-variable capacitive sensor based on the principle of capacitance. When the instrument housing accelerates with the carrier along the direction of the sensitive axis, in accordance with Newton's laws, the proof mass—with a certain degree of inertia—tends to maintain its original state of motion. Relative motion occurs between the proof mass and the housing, causing spring deformation; consequently, the proof mass accelerates under the action of force. At this point, the change in capacitance between the plates reflects the magnitude of the measured acceleration.
