Product Introduction
The YTFA01 fiber Bragg grating hydrostatic leveling instrument is a high-precision measuring instrument used to measure relative elevation changes. The system consists of multiple interconnected hydrostatic leveling instruments. In the monitoring system, a relatively stable point is selected as the reference point, and the settlement amount is calculated through the change in liquid level between the reference point and the observation point. This product is mainly applied in vertical displacement monitoring of bridges, tunnels, subways, dams, foundation pits, large storage tanks, etc.

Working Principle
Based on the principle of communicating vessels, for tanks connected by multiple communicating pipes, their liquid levels are always at the same horizontal plane. When settlement occurs at a certain point, the liquid level height of the equipment at each point will change. Relative settlement and differential settlement of each hydrostatic level can be calculated based on changes in liquid level height at each monitoring point. Product Working Principle: The product is designed based on fiber Bragg grating sensors, containing strain gratings and temperature gratings internally, with a built-in temperature compensation function. Changes in liquid level height cause changes in the buoyancy of the float, which in turn induce changes in the optical wavelength of the strain grating. Meanwhile, the temperature grating is only affected by temperature, which can offset the temperature-induced changes of the strain grating. Therefore, after analyzing the wavelength data of the strain grating and temperature grating via a fiber Bragg grating demodulator, the change in liquid level height is calculated based on the relationship between the liquid level height change and the wavelength change.
