Working Principle

Wiring Instruction

Conventional Wiring Method
Connect the red wire to the vehicle's constant power, the orange wire to the vehicle's ACC wire (do not connect to constant power), the black wire to ground, and leave the yellow wire unconnected.

ACC Wiring Method
Connect the red wire and orange wire in parallel to the ACC ignition, the black wire to ground, and leave the yellow wire unconnected.

Simple Wiring Method
Connect the red wire to the vehicle's constant power, the black wire to ground, and leave the yellow wire unconnected (need to confirm if the terminal device supports vibration status recognition).

Wiring Specification Instructions

1.Wiring Standards:

Keep wires neat, sealed without exposed wires.
Wire routing shall be reasonable and concealed.
Reinforce wire routing; increase the thickness of the insulation layer when necessary.
Keep wires neat and orderly, numerous but not messy.

2.Wiring Standards:

a. For parallel wiring connections, use the perforation connection method, and stagger the positions of adjacent wire joints.
b. For joints with wire diameter within 2mm, the exposed copper core length after stripping shall be 3cm; for those with wire diameter larger than 2mm, the exposed copper core length after stripping shall be 4cm. The stripping length of the power cord depends on the size of the original vehicle's power cord, requiring more than 4cm (properly connected to the original vehicle's power cord via perforation).
c. Series wiring shall adopt the cross winding method: cross the two wires, wind each other three times, then twist the two copper cores into one and wind them on the joint.
d. For series wiring of lines with wire core diameter above 3mm, the stranded cross butt connection method is required, with each strand of copper core being approximately 2mm.

3.Tape Wrapping Standards:
For parallel joints when wrapping with tape, first wrap the main wire with two layers of tape, then press the branch wire on the wrapped two layers of tape to make the two wires closely attached. Then wrap with tape, covering 2cm beyond both ends of the joint and wrapping repeatedly for more than three layers. The tape shall be tightened and completed in one go.

Step 1: Identify the lines that need to be connected in parallel (such as power supply, ACC).

Step 2: Strip the lines to be connected and drill and connect them as shown in the picture.

Step 3: Press the metal wire cores tightly and wind them more than three times to ensure a secure connection.

Step 4: Wrap with three layers of insulating tape, with a total length of more than 4cm.
