The ultrasonic fuel level sensor (Model: TUB31) is an externally mounted fuel level measurement sensor designed to measure liquid level heights in fuel tanks, containers, and vessels. Currently, the product is primarily used in oil tanker monitoring systems to detect fuel theft, optimize operational costs, improve driver behavior, and support statistical decision-making by real-time monitoring of fuel level changes in oil tanks. Utilizing ultrasonic detection principles, the sensor measures fuel level height and converts it into fuel volume through intelligent processing. The data is then transmitted via GPRS to a backend monitoring system platform, enabling real-time tracking of fuel level variations. Additionally, the product can be applied to liquid level detection in chemical, water conservancy, and storage tank industries.
The Ultrasonic Fuel Level Sensor operates based on the ultrasonic echo ranging principle, combined with digital signal processing technology, to overcome interference from container walls and achieve high-precision non-contact measurement of liquid levels within containers. This method meets industrial application requirements and can be utilized for fuel volume monitoring, liquid level detection, and liquid identification.
Probe Specifications (Diameter 37mm, Height 21mm, Cable Length 1m). The default measuring range is 4m.
