The intelligent vibration accelerometer is developed based on MEMS technology, with a built-in high-performance ARM processor that can calculate eigenvalues such as vibration frequency, acceleration, velocity, amplitude, inclination angle of X/Y/Z axes, temperature, and battery level in real-time locally. It integrates a 4G wireless communication module, a large-capacity battery, and a solar panel, supporting continuous monitoring and wireless transmission. With an IP68 protection level, it is suitable for harsh environments, meeting the vibration monitoring needs of high-precision geotechnical engineering, construction engineering and other scenarios, and solving pain points such as large low-frequency noise interference and high precision.

The YTAB01 Intelligent Vibration Accelerometer is an acceleration sensor developed using MEMS technology. 
- Equipped with a high-performance ARM processor, it can calculate characteristic values locally in real time.
- Characteristic values output via protocol: 
   (1) Vibration frequency of X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis (Hz); 
   (2)Vibration acceleration of X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis (mg); 
   (3) Vibration velocity of X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis (mm/s); 
   (4) Vibration amplitude of X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis (μm); 
   (5) Inclination value of X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis (°).
- Other output characteristic values: temperature, battery level, threshold type, threshold value, data reporting type, etc.
- Based on real-time vibration monitoring and reported characteristic values, online analysis is conducted to determine the impact force and its influence on structural stress.
- Built-in 4G wireless communication module, large-capacity battery, and solar panel, enabling uninterrupted monitoring and wireless transmission.
- The product is positioned to meet high-precision scenarios such as geotechnical engineering and construction engineering, addressing pain points in geotechnical engineering like large low-frequency noise interference and high precision requirements.
- The entire device has strong protection capabilities and is suitable for safety monitoring in harsh environments.
Product Features
1. Adopts a high-performance ARM processor to calculate eigenvalues in real-time locally;
2. Equipped with a high-precision MEMS acceleration sensor with an accuracy of up to ±1mg;
3. Built-in 4G-Cat1 wireless communication module, no wiring or data acquisition instrument required, and a single unit can complete monitoring;
4. Built-in large-capacity battery of approximately 6400mAh with an embedded solar panel;
5. Supports external 18V solar panel or AC-to-DC power supply, adapting to high sampling frequency or no-sun scenarios;
6. Has intelligent threshold adjustment function to balance real-time performance and data traffic, and the function can also be turned off remotely;
7. Allows setting of vibration negative delay (default 2s) and vibration reporting duration (default 18s);
8. Configurable whether to upload raw data to the platform;
9. Supports direct serial communication output to the computer, providing diversified operations for real-time acquisition;
10. The whole machine has strong protection capability, suitable for safety monitoring in harsh environments.

The YTAB01 Intelligent Vibration Accelerometer is based on capacitive MEMS technology and integrates triaxial acceleration in XYZ directions, RS485 digital interface, 4G-Cat1 wireless communication module, and solar panel. It is an integrated triaxial acceleration sensor.
 It integrates inductive measurement components and mixed-signal ASIC application circuits internally, and the processed sensor signals are flexibly output through the digital interface.
 The design, production, and testing of the sensor strictly follow the standards of high stability, high reliability, and high quality, and it has relatively stable output over a wide temperature and vibration range.
