1.Product Overview

This instrument adopts advanced signal processing technology, featuring safety, cleanliness, high precision, long service life, stability and reliability, easy installation and maintenance, and simple reading. It can be connected to PLC systems or secondary control systems of various brands via 4~20mA or RS485 (Modbus protocol), providing real-time liquid level data for industrial automated operations.

Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, water treatment, water conservancy, iron and steel, coal mining, power industry, food processing and other industries, suitable for acid, alkali, salt, anti-corrosion, high temperature, explosion-proof and other fields.

2.Working Principle

The transmitting probe emits ultrasonic pulses to the liquid surface; the ultrasonic waves reflect after encountering the liquid surface and are captured by the receiving probe. The instrument records the time difference between "emission" and "receipt of the reflected wave", calculates the vertical distance from the probe to the liquid surface, and then combines parameters such as tank height to finally obtain the liquid level height.

Two of the wires of the ultrasonic level transmitter are power supply wires (usually DC24V), and the other two are RS-485 signal wires, realizing "independent power supply + independent signal transmission" to improve system stability and anti-interference capability.
