Capacitive liquid level sensor adopts capacitive measurement technology, widely used in diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil, palm oil and other liquid level measurement, the core components of the product adopts industrial production technology and independent algorithm, through accurate temperature compensation and linear correction, with high precision, high stability and continuous measurement and other advantages.
The product is suitable for real-time measurement of fuel level of trucks, engineering machinery vehicles, buses, agricultural vehicles, special vehicles, generator sets, etc. Multiple types of output signals can meet the integration and compatibility of various products on the market.
Working Principle:
YJD-01 capacitive liquid level sensor is to continuously detect the horizontal height of oil level by the change of capacitance caused by the rise or decrease of fuel;  The product  can  be  arbitrarily  truncated  according  to  the height of the box, and can be adapted to the Beidou / GPS tracking system to monitor the fuel consumption of the fuel tank in real time.

Installation Instructions
-Determine the size of the fuel tank and the length of the fuel consumption sensor rod, noting that the length of the fuel consumption sensor is 1cm less than the outer diameter height of the fuel tank.
-The required length of the rod is calculated and marked according to the measurement, then the rod burr is cut according to the mark, the rod burr is polished, the plug is re-installed to the bottom of the rod to make it fit, and the calibration handle is used for calibration.

-Confirm the installation position of the oil rod and drill holes (avoid obstacles such as internal oil floats, oil return pipes, and partitions to ensure that there are no obstacles in the diameter of about 10cm).
-After opening holes, clean up the surface aluminum chips to prevent them from falling into the oil tank and blocking the oil tank. Install the sensor and seal it properly.
